Consultations

Prior to the initial consultation you will be sent a questionnaire and a short food diary to complete. This information is important in order to get an overall picture of your past and present medical history, and current nutritional status.

The initial consultation
During the initial consultation you will be asked about your goals and present concerns. A detailed case history will then be taken which runs through different questions related to each body system. This is to assess how your present symptoms might be related to your health.

After the consultation a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan will be devised to help you achieve your specific goals. This will include diet advice, recipe ideas, motivational tips, lifestyle suggestions and possibly some optional functional tests and supplement recommendations. The plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the consultation.

Follow-ups
The follow-up consultation usually takes place around 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment, as this length of time usually gives the body enough time to start responding to the treatment. During the follow-up you will be asked a series of questions to assess your progress so that any necessary adjustments can be made to your treatment plan accordingly. A revised programme will then be put together and emailed to you within 48 hours. As nutritional therapy is a continuous journey towards wellness, you are welcome to book as many subsequent follow-up sessions as you wish.

Price list
The initial consultation costs £80 for a 60 minute session and follow-ups are priced at £40 for 45 minutes. Students and senior citizens are eligible for a 10 per cent discount on all consultation prices.

Email support is offered throughout the programme and all information discussed during consultations is strictly confidential.
